Safe Zone knows the Senior Housing Industry — Our principals include an Executive Director with over ten years experience and a solid track record of start-up and luxury Senior Living service delivery, as well as a Senior Living operations and sales and marketing executive. Our team understands, first hand, how to successfully tour a family and how to keep existing residents healthy and happy.
Driven by innovation and a consuming passion for the industry, the Aging Services team of Safe Zone has:
• Turned around a start-up property that was previously visited weekly by its bankers to a profitable, growing community (managed Owners / management company / resident and staff expectations)
• Met and exceeded budgetary targets with regard to staffing and expenses
• Met and exceeded sales and marketing goals — move-ins and overall occupancy
• Hired, trained, developed operational staff (housekeepers, food-service, activities, maintenance, clinical and sales/marketing staff)
• Developed proprietary and signature cuisine
• Designed programs that both elevated competitive advantage (Wellness/Habilitation programs) and decreased attrition
• Implemented Senior Counseling and Peer Counseling services
• Successfully managed all aspects of Senior Living marketing from brand development (digital, print, radio, TV and outreach) to developing inspiring training programs and materials for industry sales/marketing professionals
• Developed innovative promotions to increase tour traffic
• Developed and implemented a successful Mystery Shopping program
• Nearly thirty (30) years combined operational, marketing and sales experience in Senior Housing
